Remnants of the Cochrun family homestead cabin are still visible among the trees. In 1919 the family moved to this homestead near Gaff Creek. The property is currently operated as a working ranch and leased for summer grazing.
The land is located about 22 miles north of Hulett with approximately 1/2 mile of highway frontage. The property lays on both sides of the highway with approximately 42 acres on the east side and 380 acres west of the highway.
